About My Editing:

My job is to tell your story. However of course as an artist I do have my own unique eye, style, and preferences. My hope is that you choose us specifically because you love our work, but I will always do my best to provide you with photos that you will cherish for the rest of your life.

When editing photographs I strive to create images that leave you with pride and confidence in the person God created you to be. I do not edit my shots to alter one’s natural features, but do edit to whiten teeth, sharpen eyes, remove acne or bug bites, and things of that nature. I also take pride in looking at and editing every photo individually and do not use any automatic or batch editing software.

Touchup - Addon

If you would like a couple hand picked photos to be edited in much more detail, I do offer that as an add at $20 a photo. Feel free to ask me for some example comparisons that I can send over.

A little explanation: For my senior sessions over an hour I have chosen to deliver a full online gallery of the best shots from the session all edited in lightroom to capture the full beauty and essence of the shoot. This allows you to have a beautiful printed album or even just the gallery of your senior, instead of just a select handful of images from the shoot. Some photographers only deliver those couple images in order to spend a lot more time on these images in post. But I decided to go this route of having it offered as an add-on service in order to get the best of both worlds. I love doing this type of editing, but it does take up quite a bit of extra time doing so.
